The SCSCJA Annual Convention/Conference for September 2019 was cancelled due to Hurricane Dorian

Members of SCSCJA,
Our September conference has been rescheduled to January 19-22, 2020. It will still be at the Embassy Suites in N. Myrtle Beach.
The 19th is on Sunday, afternoon registration only.
Please take note of the following instructions very carefully.
For those that registered for the September school, PLEASE DO NOT submit another registration form unless you have a change.
You will only need to email Judge Donna Williamson that you will be attending this conference. Please email her at dwilliamson@aikencountysc.gov and advise her that you will attend the conference and if you have a guest. She will confirm your response by email.
If you registered for September and will not be able to attend in January, please email her and request a refund.
For those that did not register for the September school, please submit registration form with payment.
This class will give priority to the ones that registered for September. Please give great consideration in attending this class to get your required CLE hours. The March conference may have limited seating and attending in January will insure you have the opportunity to get your CLEs.
ALL will be responsible of making your reservations. All prior reservations have been cancelled. You will be responsible for your own reservations. Please use our codes when making reservations. Reservations will open on Monday September 16, 2019 and end December 19, 2019.
